We do not offer price adjustments for any orders placed previously.
NO additional coupon codes or website credits can be used, however gift cards can be used towards orders.
Some styles may have restrictions on quantities purchased. Citta reserves the right to cancel any orders abusing the sale promotions.
Clearance Sales- please note, all sales are final (no exceptions). Codes cannot be stacked, and we cannot retroactively apply the code to any orders. While quantities last.
Citta Activewear is proud to offer sizes XS-XXXL. We want you to feel the best in your outfit – please see each individual item for Fit Notes when ordering. Due to variations in materials used, some sizes fit larger and you will need to size down. What is Citta Activewear’s Return policy?
Online Purchases: Please note that due to Government Regulations, Citta Activewear may be limited on the returns we can accept.
We will accept returns on regular priced, new, unworn clothing items with tags attached and original packaging within 15 days. Accessories , discounted items, ALL bras/crop tops, towels, masks and all clearance items as well as items that have been worn, items with makeup stains, pet hair or deodorant marks or the tags removed are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately we are not able to make exceptions to this policy. Please see below for details on how to process a return.
Flash Sale items are also Final Sale.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer size or style exchanges as we cannot guarantee available inventory.

All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Shipping costs are not refundable even if shipments are combined by Citta.
All Boxing Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, clearance items, mystery boxes and flash sale items (unless noted otherwise) are final. No exchange or refund available. This is noted during checkout and must be accepted to proceed.
How do I return a purchase made online?
Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) within 15 days. Returns without this will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (we recommend tracked/insured packages, no COD shipments will be accepted, untracked shipments are at the risk of the sender and Citta Activewear will not be liable for missing or undelivered packages). Original invoice and RMA number must accompany the return. Credit for the item will be issued to the original form of payment used, please allow 10-14 business days for this to show on your statement. *Please note we do not accept returns in person.
**Please note all clearance items, mystery boxes, towels, bras/crop tops, masks, accessories and headbands, as well as worn items, items with makeup, pet hair or deodorant stains or items without original tags are Final Sale and not eligible for refund. Other items may also be final sale as noted during purchase. Citta Activewear reserves the right to deny return to any items not meeting the above conditions for return. Payment will be credited to the original form of purchase after items are received and condition verified.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Thank you for placing an order with us. If you wish to change or cancel your recent order you will need to contact our Team as we begin to process orders quickly after they are placed. Based on the status of your order we will do our very best to assist with your request.
Will I receive confirmation of my online order?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email after placing your order. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email, please be sure to check the email address associated with your online order or check your Spam folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact us to verify the email address we have on file.
Shipping options: USA
Standard shipping to the USA (excludes Alaska/Hawaii/PR) is a flat rate fee of $17.99. Estimated 7-15 Business days but may be subject to delays for weather or customs which are out of our control. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Citta does not guarantee shipping times. Multiple orders may be combined, however shipping costs are non refundable.
At this time we are not able to offer international shipping.
Where can I visit your storefront?
Citta Activewear is online only at this time! We do not have a retail space or office open to the public. Please follow us on Social Media for notice of our Pop Ups in the Vancouver area.
When will my order ship?
Standard Delivery Orders will ship from the Citta office within 5-7 business days. All shipping times are estimates only, and there may be circumstances that Citta cannot control once the order has left our facility and are subject to change in times of high volume. We do not guarantee shipment times and shipping costs are non refundable.
How do I check the status of my order? If you would like to know more details on your specific order please contact our Team. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is completed (please check Junk/Spam mail). Please note that beyond the tracking information offered by the shipping company, we may not be able to provide additional info.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
We want to assure you that we will do everything in our ability to help you but please note that Citta Activewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has left our facility. All packages are sent with Tracking, please refer to tracking number for all status updates on the package, we are unable to provide any additional information. Inclement weather and postal service interruptions are also possible and may impact arrival times.
How do I redeem an offer/coupon code?
Offer codes are applied at check out. Once you are at the check out, select the link “have a coupon code?”. Enter the coupon/offer code into the box and press apply.
**Only one coupon/offer/credit code can be redeemed per order and codes cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders or if forgotten during checkout-no exceptions.
Gift cards must be treated like cash. We are unable to refund gift cards and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and Duties are not included in the product price. They are calculated based on the shipping location. Customers are responsible for any additional costs for duties if applicable.
